  • Custom 2-sided color fliers with engaging designs that compliment the pictures of your home. Printed on quality paper for the brochure box and to leave in your home.
  • Virtual Tour uploaded onto “Business Card” CDs to leave in your home. Nice for out of town buyers to take back home and show their friends.
  • Property cards are a great way to put your home information into a small package. It’s a business card with agent info on one side and 3 pictures of your home on the other side with text, price, address, domain & MLS#.
  • We create customized Homebooks that include your flyer, approximately 15 pages of information on your county, Seller’s Property disclosure, and subdivision amenity pictures/information and the plat if available.              
  • Homebooks are a great tool for out of town buyers. They will use it as a reference and be reminded of your home.

 

E-MAIL MARKETING: This is used consistently throughout the listing period to communicate with agents and buyers about your new listing, open houses, incentives and price improvements.

 

    

  • E-cards are blasted to real estate agents who sell in your area or price range as well as other listing agents in the area. They are e-mail cards that we use to announce your new listing and again each time we have an announcement regarding your home.
  • Reverse prospecting is done through MLS and automatically through the Prudential Georgia web site. We establish contact with agents whose clients have viewed your listing online. We can send an e-mail flyer to them from your domain page.
  • You have the ability to send e-mail fliers of your home to friends and co-workers who may be looking for a home like yours.

 FACE TO FACE:

 

  • We present your new listing to other agents in the office at our monthly Prudential GA sales meetings.
  • The first open house will be scheduled within weeks of the listing date and advertised on numerous websites.
  • An agent open house will be scheduled during the first month either with Prudential Georgia agents or coordinating with other brokers listed in the neighborhood.
  • We sometimes get calls from your yard sign and have the opportunity to try to sell your home to prospective buyers using the detailed knowledge that we have of your home and its story.

 

REPORTING: Sent via e-mail regarding web site activity and showing feedback from selling  agents.

     

  • Weekly reporting on Prudential Georgia Realty web site activity each Monday.     
  • Daily or weekly reporting can be set up from Yahoo Real Estate.       
  • Realtor.com reporting is sent weekly for both GAMLS and FMLS#s.
  • Sellers are updated periodically with statistical reports showing; months of inventory, days on market, number of pending and sold properties, and the percent of sold price vs. list price for area properties.
  • Communication between listing agent and seller is vital. We will regularly communicate with our sellers using the mode that is most comfortable and convenient for them
  •  Set up your listing page on Homefeedback.com. Buyer feedback is requested from the showing agents and the feedback is e-mailed to the seller and listing agent.
